What To Wear:
• If you’re considering a strapless gown, try to wear a strapless bra to your appointment
• For the best fitting experience, wear seamless / light underwear – and bring your wedding shoes if you’ve already purchased these
• We love our gowns very much and we want to present these to you in perfect condition, so please avoid wearing moisturisers / tans for your fitting


Who To Bring:
• In the search for your Dream Dress, we recommend you bring the 2 people you trust most
• Feel welcome to bring all your Bridesmaids
• Yes! Babies and small children are very welcome


Arriving:

• Behind The Chocolate Cottage, on The Village Green

• Please drive-in from New England Highway and feel welcome to park on-site.  Stuck?  You’ll be able to phone the number in your Appointment Confirmation SMS


In-Stock & Special Orders:
• All Dresses on our website by Drew Valentine, Crux and Moir ARE in-stock
• Depending on your Wedding date – and your desired colour / measurements – we are ready to sell Drew Valentine, Crux and Moir dress samples off-the-rack
• Otherwise we will re-order your dress for you in your chosen colour and size
• Re-orders for all Online-only items and all Dresses by Romantiq  and Aussieprom generally take 8-19 days
• Re-orders for Dresses you Try-on at Appointment by Drew Valentine, Moir and Crux generally take 12-14 weeks to arrive in your chosen colour and size, however for an extra rush-cut fee, delivery is possible in 6-8 weeks


Size Range & Size Decision:
• We cater for sizes 2 – 32
• Made-to-measure is available
• A broad range of sizes are available to try in-Showroom 👇🏽
• In-Showroom Dresses by Drew Valentine are ready now in sizes 8-18, and can be re-ordered in sizes 4-30
• In-Showroom Dresses by Moir & Crux are ready now in sizes 2 – 26, and can be re-ordered in sizes 2-32
• Online-Only Dresses by Romantique & Aussieprom can generally be split-size, made-to-measure or standard size
• The final sizing decision is yours, however we’ll help you make an informed choice


Payment Options:
• Cash, Credit or Debit Card is welcome … powered by Stripe, all electronic transactions are secure and encrypted


Hoops:
• Long-length hoops and short hoops are available for purchase
• Hoop hire is not available


Alterations:
• We will present you in your dream Dress, and assist to pin any Alterations you may require
• Upon request, we can refer you to a Seamstress for Alterations, however we don’t manage the Alterations for you


Gown Bags:
• After your final fitting with us, your beautiful Dress will be presented to you to take home in a quality Gown Bag, on a quality hanger


Exchanges & Refunds:
• Your statutory rights apply to all purchases made at our Highfields, Queensland showroom


Garment Care:
• Made with love, each Dress is different

Professional Cleaning & Preservation:
• We recommend you contact a professional Dry Cleaner for these services
