We ship to all states and territories across Australia. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as wedding season), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Special and Custom Orders
Made-to-order and custom gowns require additional production time before shipping. Our team will keep you informed of your order's progress and provide an estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.
Packaging
All garments are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Gowns are professionally folded or boxed to minimise creasing during transit.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
